Last weekend was a certainly a celebration of love!
Saturday, Quintin & Mommy went to a Bridal Shower Luncheon celebrating the upcoming wedding of Mommy's dear cousin, Rebecca Slicker. We don't often get a chance to see my cousins & aunt, and I was especially pleased to spend time with them! The fellowship, games & great food all made for a very special afternoon!
Sunday, Quintin & Daddy went to church and later, played together, while Mommy left early to prepare for "Aunt" Sarah Cannon's Bridal Shower. We spent the morning preparing sandwiches, decorating, and readying for guests -- quick work with many helping hands! We enjoyed an afternoon of games before slicing into the awesome cake Sarah's friend Lili made for the occasion. Sarah's fiance, Nicholas Rodgers, is like part of the family & Sarah has become so as well -- It was wonderful to take time to celebrate the coming official union of two such incredible people!
The weekend was filled with such wonderful memories -- I'm sorry I didn't take more pictures of it!
